Ingredients
1 16 ounce bag or baby carrots
1 /2 stick butter/margarine
1/3 cup maple syrup
Directions
Cut carrots in half length wise
Boil carrots in medium saucepan until slightly tender
Drain carrots and return to stove on low heat. Add butter and maple syrup.
Cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally to keep from sticking.
