Ingredients
1 (14 ounce) Cole Slaw Mix (the large cut with the purple cabbage in it)
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/4 cup melted butter or margerine
1 & 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
2 & 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Direction
1. Add the package of coleslaw mix to a large bowl
2. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, chopped onions, sugar, salt, pepper, milk, melted
butter, vinegar & lemon juice.
3. Pour mixture into bowl with the coleslaw and mix well
4. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
