Italian Crusted Pork Chops




Ingredients

4 Boneless Pork Chops
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup corn flakes
2 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1/3 cup cooking oil





Directions
-Whisk together in a bowl - egg, milk and melted butter
-Mix together in a separate bowl - flour, oregano, salt, pepper, corn flakes (crushed)
-Dip pork chops in milk/egg mixture then roll in flour mixture being sure to coat well
-Put pork chops in skillet of oil on medium heat.
-Cook until golden brown on both sides
