Ingredients
2 cups
shredded swiss cheese
3/4 cup
mayonnaise
, not salad dressing
1/4 cup milk or 1/4 cup half-and-half cream
1 teaspoon
lemon
juice
1/4 cup
finely diced red onion
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Mix gently
- Refrigerate 2 hours before serving
- Serve with wheat cracker (or your favorite cracker)
